Our Renovation Process
Initial Consultation
Once you reach out to us and we receive your request for renovation, we will get in touch with you to arrange a time that suits you 24/7 and come to your property to measure for quoting purposes. This is the time we discuss all things related to your renovation, expectations, design, timeframes etc. We are there to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. After this, we should have a rough idea of what your project involves and will provide you with a quote.
Preparation for Renovation
Once you approve our quote, we then arrange for our second meeting to go over the details with you. At this point, we will prepare a formal contract which states your and our rights and obligations, time-frames, payment stages etc. We begin background work as necessary to organise for the commencement of your project.
Construction
Prior to the commencement date, we will inform you about the estimated schedule of things to follow as we move through the stages of your project from demolition until completion. We continuously update you with progress via phone or SMS as we understand that most people are working and curious about what is next.
